About Ornstien being in the Blue Cathedral.

I’m more curious to know what the hell the Penetrator is doing in the Tower of Flame…

How the fuck does penetrator look anything like dragon rider

Dude, have you looked at them? He just got fatter and a different set of weapons.

Heeeeeey~

Sorry about the lack of activity. I was in two car accidents over the course of last year and got really busy with uni work. BUT I THINK I’M OKAY NOW.

The latest rumors surrounding the Xbox One are that the demos that Microsoft allowed people to play on at E3 were not running on an Xbox One, but instead running on high-end PCs with Titan graphics cards.

If this is the case, they were running the games on a system that is around 3x faster than the Xbox One.

These rumors are backed up by images that clearly show a high-end desktop under the displays of the Xbox One stands at E3.

people have actually sat down on their chair, went to a gaming website, searched for the xbox one, clicked the pre-order button, paid $500, and are actually waiting for it

I recently read news of allegations on how Miura, the creator of Berserk lost  his “drive” in continuing Berserk and that he fears it’s gone for good. I know it’s his right to do what he wants but he must also understand that it’s our right as fans who supported him for years to see the ending of his magnum opus.

Well no shit, Berserk has been around since 1996 and Miura still didn’t finish it nowadays, he also published only like 20 pages per month and that didn’t help either, I’m afraid that Berserk might never have a ending…

Pretend it ends when the Anime does and you’ll be happier. I’m happy.

((If you want to reblog this you’re free to edit the next part out. It’s mostly just me rambling))
I don’t often post personal work to this blog(or anywhere for that matter), but I was digging around for a file and I found this. I thought it might be worth sharing. This might be on my pixiv, but I don’t really remember. Makes me wish I could get photoshop to work for long enough to do more than simple image editing or that I could tolerate finangling with other art programs without getting frustrated with my tablet. I used to do primarily digital work until I moved into more traditional media to broaden my range of skills.
This was to be for a series of small prints featuring strange beings in a style resembling iconography and religious artwork that inspired me at the time. I don’t think I ever finished the other illustrations in the set.
I’ve been fairly busy with commissions and portfolio art but I should be able to post some Dark Souls related stuff soon, namely RP stuff and some random requests I am still working on completing.
Also, I really want to thank everyone for their support of me in the shield design contest. I’ve been put on a short list for a final selection process. Me making it into the game with my designs is all up to Fromsoft at this point. It still makes me happy to know, though, that people genuinely enjoy those designs enough to want to see them actualized in Dark Souls to.
I’m also very glad that so many of you find my work enjoyable, I’ve been getting so many nice notes from people with really makes me blush.
Anyway, sorry for the random!

Oh dear…

I just now received an email from Namco-Bandai requesting the PSD files that I used to make my shields. HOPE IT GOES WELL.

But there are already things in the Dark Souls II concept art that have me worrying. I’m going to stay optimistic. Not saying the art isn’t fantastic, because it is, but there are things that are just… worrisome.

I’ve tried to tell people this countless times, but nobody wants to listen… but hopefully this will set you at ease:

The concept artist posts all of his artwork in one section on his website. he doesn’t separate them by game or genre. Because of this, people are rippingANYTHING remotely fantasy related he’s done off his website and claiming “DARK SOULS 2 CONCEPT ART!!!11”.

Now there’s even more worry in the community thanks to those people who just decided to post any of his art that they deemed DaS2 related. What a mess.

Oh, jeeze. That would do it. Does he label things? Most companies have a policy about what and when artists can upload if it’s work related. If all of these are being posted on the artist’s private website I would seriously doubt that any are linked to the game at all.

I know Namco-Bandai is trying to hype the hell out of DS2 but it does seem odd that From would be leaking concept art for a game that will likely release sometime next year.

Mostly the things I had problems with boiled down to two major things.

Towns.

Costume Design Choices for Females.

The implication of some very annoying core NPC girl with pigtails

I’m going to get some rage about this for sure…
